Paige Spiranac is one of the most prominent golf influencers globally, boasting the largest social media following of any golfing personality. With over 4 million followers on Instagram and more than a million on X (formerly Twitter), the former professional golfer has successfully transitioned into a full-time social media influencer, creating engaging content centered around the sport.
As one of the top sports influencers, Paige Spiranac has undoubtedly encountered her fair share of imposters trying to capitalize on her lucrative brand.
Paige Spiranac calls out Fake Accounts
On Saturday, she took to X to call out these fake accounts in a candid video. Sitting on a couch in a red outfit, with Eminem’s “The Real Slim Shady” playing in the background, Spiranac mouthed the lyrics of a key part of the song that perfectly expressed her thoughts on the situation.
The video was a bold statement, letting the imposters know exactly how she feels about their attempts to mislead her fans. She wore a red top and in order to make sure that the message reaches out to the people who have been trying to copy her, she used, “And there’s a million of us just like..” part of the lyrics in order to explain the situation.

In the caption, she wrote, “When 100 new fake “Paige” accounts pop up every single day lol”. Well this is what the price of being famous is. People have all the access to your content, and often use them being an imposter in order to gain more engagement for their profile.
