As a fan favorite known for his straightforward style and personality, Kisner is expected to add value to NBC’s golf broadcasts, offering both expertise and authenticity. He will be balancing his both the roles in the upcoming season. Kevin Kisner is the official lead analyst at NBC for 2025.

While Kisner will remain a part-time player on the PGA TOUR, competing in select events, NBC will have guest analysts fill in during the tournaments he plays. According to Sports Business Journal, Kisner will primarily handle NBC’s weekend broadcasts. “I’m humbled and grateful to have the chance to sit in the seat that many legends like Johnny Miller and Paul Azinger have sat in before me,” Kisner said in a statement.

“I’m excited to offer a different voice, hopefully reaching more fans and telling it like it is. I think that’s what I do best. I’m also excited to continue competing on the PGA TOUR, which will help me connect with what the players are really feeling on the course.”

NBC’s coverage strategy will also continue to include two play-by-play announcers and two rotating analysts during major events, with familiar names like Brad Faxon, Curt Byrum, Steve Sands, Terry Gannon, and Smylie Kaufman expected to return.
