Speed Golf: Jon Rahm’s 4 Holes in 40 Seconds Challenge Before the Andalucia Masters

The DP World Tour has reached Spain after a successful round in Scotland. The 2024 edition of Andalucia Masters boasts a prize purse of $3.25 million and will take place from October 17 to October 20. Almost all the players be it the LIV Golfers, or the DP World Tour and PGA Tour pros have reached the Sotogrande Golf / Marina, Spain.

While the entire field is star-studded, despite some of the bigger names missing from the list, Jon Rahm is expected to be bagging the trophy this year. His fans have been waiting for the 3X Major champion to win in his home ground, and this finally is the chance for him. Well, his practice round on Tuesday gives all the more hope to the Spaniard’s fans.

Jon Rahm makes four holes in forty seconds

On Tuesday, the DP World Tour took to their official X account and shared a video of Jon Rahm from the Sotogrande Golf. In the video, he took up the four-holes in forty seconds challenge. One was a par-5 hole, followed by a par-4, and the last two were par-3 and par-4 holes. He began by introducing himself and the challenge.

Rahm started with a beautiful birdie on the first hole, which was followed by an even par in the second. However, what dragged him down was a bogey shot on the third hole. But he could not make up for it with a birdie. He concluded the challenge with another even par on the final hole. This made his final score an even par of 16, which is pretty decent.

“Better than expected today. Not gonna lie.” This was how he concluded and walked off the course. Do you think he will be able to bag his first win in the Andalucia Masters this year? Stay tuned to find out!
